Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Our services are billed on a project-to-project basis and prices are dependant on a variety of factors.  Therefore, we offer a free, no obligation estimate.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: 
Not at this time.  We will accept cash, check, money order, or a cashiers check.  If a credit card is the only option, we recommend purchasing a money order or cashiers check at your local bank.  These are normally counted as a "purchase" and will not incur "cash advance" fees.  Please contact your financial institution and confirm prior to purchase as this may vary. 

Q: How do I care for my trees?
A: Trees that receive proper care and maintenance live longer and are healthier than their neglected counterparts. Help protect the health of your trees by following a few simple steps:

- Do not nail objects to your trees
- Do not cut the bark, trunk or branches of your trees
- Water your trees during lengthy dry spells

Q: Why do I need to prune my trees?
A: Proper pruning can help maintain the health of your trees and can enhance the beauty of your property.

Q: Do I have to be at the site for you to give me an estimate?
A:
Definitely not.  If you can give a complete job description of exactly what services are desired, you do not have to be there.  Many of our customers mark trees with ribbon
or cloth to simplify the process.  If you are a business requesting bids for a large job, please send "Scope of Work" via email.
